A consultation is the clinical assessment — your condition reviewed, progress tracked, care planned. A basic physiotherapy session is basic electrotherapy modality plus exercise therapy. You get one of the first and two of the second every month, in-clinic at C-Scheme. The monthly allowance resets each month and does not roll over.

10% Off Everything Beyond That

Need a third session this month, or a specialist treatment? Manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, K-tape and soft tissue release sit outside the free monthly allowance, and members pay 10% less on every one of them.

What it adds up to: one consultation (₹500) plus two basic sessions (₹600 each) is ₹1,700 of care a month at our normal rates — ₹20,400 across the year, included for ₹4,999.

What exactly do I get each month?+

One free consultation and two free basic physiotherapy sessions, every month for 12 months. A basic physiotherapy session is basic electrotherapy modality plus exercise therapy. That is ₹1,700 of care a month at our normal rates, or ₹20,400 across the year, for ₹4,999.

What counts as a basic physiotherapy session?+

Basic electrotherapy modality plus exercise therapy. Specialist hands-on treatments — dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, K-tape and soft tissue release — are not part of the free monthly allowance. You can still book those any time at 10% off as a member.

What is the difference between a consultation and a therapy session?+

A consultation is a clinical assessment — your physiotherapist reviews your condition, answers questions and plans your treatment. A therapy session is the treatment itself. Your plan includes one consultation and two basic sessions a month; anything beyond that is charged at the member rate.

What if I need more than two sessions in a month?+

You can book as many as you need. Every additional session is charged at the member rate — 10% off our standard price, including specialist treatments like dry needling, cupping and manual therapy. The discount does not apply to treatment packages.

Do unused sessions roll over to the next month?+

No. The monthly allowance resets on the same date each month and unused consultations or sessions do not carry forward. It is designed for steady, ongoing care rather than saving everything up.

Can I use my free sessions for a home visit or online consultation?+

No. The free monthly consultation and sessions are for in-clinic visits at C-Scheme, Jaipur only. Home visits and online consultations are charged separately, at the member rate.

Can the membership be transferred or shared?+

No. One membership covers one named person. It is personal and non-transferable, so it cannot be shared with family members.

How do I join?+

What happens after 12 months?+

Your plan expires and standard per-visit rates apply. You can renew for another year to keep your benefits running without a break.

Is there a joining fee?+

No. ₹4,999 is the only amount you pay. No joining fee, no hidden charges.
