Your first visit
No waiting room churn. No five-minute check-in with a junior. Here's the session, minute by minute.
Brief intake — your history, what hurts, what you've tried. Unhurried. We don't rush.
Posture, range of motion, specific provocation tests. Dr. Raj pinpoints where pain is coming from — and why.
What we found, what's causing it, how long recovery should take. Written plan. Your questions answered.
Manual therapy, dry needling or cupping if it is indicated. This is charged separately from the assessment, and we tell you the cost before we start.
Two or three targeted movements to do between sessions. Short video links on WhatsApp so you can't get the form wrong.
The ₹500 covers your assessment: 45 minutes, a written diagnosis and your exercise plan to start on. Treatment sessions are priced separately, and you will know what they cost before you agree to anything.

No, you don't need a doctor's referral. You can directly book an appointment with us. However, if you have any medical reports, MRI scans, or previous prescriptions, please share them for better assessment and personalized treatment planning.
Our physiotherapy clinic is located at O-5 Hospital Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur. As the best physiotherapy clinic in C-Scheme, we're easy to reach from Civil Lines (5-10 min), Malviya Nagar (15-20 min), Vaishali Nagar (20-25 min), and all major areas. Plenty of parking available.
Your first visit is a ₹500 assessment — that is the diagnosis and your treatment plan, not the treatment itself. Basic physiotherapy sessions are ₹600 each after that, and specialised treatments like cupping start from ₹750. We offer package discounts for multiple sessions. We're open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–8 PM (closed 1–4 PM daily). Sunday: closed. Saturday new patient appointments require advance booking and payment. We recommend booking ahead on all days.
